With the recent influx of newcomers in my office, the office has becoming a centre of entertainment instead of workplace.
Mischievous and misbehave attitude of newcomers has led to the dissatisfaction of existing and long serving staff and this dissatisfaction is not due to jealousy, but is due to the arrogance and show-off attitude by the newcomers.
I would like to stress here that what is there to show off when in the first place:
i) you know nuts and you are still very junior
ii) you have no qualification (or low qualification)
iii) you still need the senior to cooperate with you
Nowadays newcomers can’t work long in an organization due to some of these universal reasons:
i) tend to show off a bit of achievement-letting whole office knows they are
capable
ii) wouldn’t like to take advice
iii) have their own opinion which is unacceptable to most people
iv) too over confident of their capabilities
v) additional work means employer think they can perform and thus think they
deserve an increase in salary
vi) tend to gossip much, causing unnecessary tension among colleagues, therefore
leading to uncomfortable working environment
vii) they tend to threaten employer and other colleague of their resignation, if
lack of support is given
viii) they would put the blame on the poor leadership if they could not cope with
work

Vesak Day Procession
The Aura is a reflection of our True Nature at any given moment. Our True Nature is what is left when we recognize and discard all our habits, stereotypes, manners, and pretending, superficial behavior and become fully conscious, truly natural and spontaneous. Note that some people are so attached to their manners and habits that it is very hard, if not impossible, to discover who they really are. The only way to get an instant insight into their personality seems to be by watching their Aura, because the Aura shows their True Nature, behind any facade of superficial behavior.
