As we have discussed earlier under the topic "the leader & the pet", i've some new comments on the leadership shown by the leader.

1st, the said leader marked on the wrong person. Newly joined staff was informed by the pet not to cheat OT or overtime. Here, i would like to clarify with all my readers..what is the meaning of 'cheat OT'? Meaning do not do something which is very personal or not related to work during OT hours only or include working hours from 9am-5.30pm? To me, do not cheat OT means it covers all, ie from 9am to 5.30pm and into OT hours (after 5.30pm).OK-so what if you aren't doing something very personal during OT hours but you are doing it before OT hours? Just like the image shown. You may click to enlarge. The pet was surfing the net during OT hours! Look at the timing-5.41pm! The Pet clocked out 5.45pm. And she started surfing since 5.11pm. Isn't this cheat OT? So why didn't the leader mark on her instead of others? Dare not face the truth and can't accept that the pet is cheating OT? Some leaders are absent-minded. Some leaders are sub-conscious. But our leader aren't aware on what's going on when she's away!

Everyone surf the internet. Leader surf, follower surf. But what i am trying to stress here is, please do not only mark on certain people. You need to be fair to everyone. A good leader easily differentiate bewteen personal
and work. Do not make personal attack on others when they do you no harm. A leader needs to be professional. A true leader don't keep hatred. A good leader do not revenge on others' behalf.

2nd, Always seek the truth! Do not make assumption as assumptions kills. Do not try to read body languages if you aren't too sure. Body language could be very deceiving! This is what happening to most leaders. For example : yesterday was a cold saturday. One of my collegue said do her a favor-switch off aircond. Haha...Guess what? Leader thought i was feeling cold and switched it off! There was some arguments about air-conds earlier. You could see leader face was smiling so swiftly and its trying to hint "Hmm...now u know how the pet feel-lah last time when she switched off the aircond". It's abviously a personal attack which is 100% in favor of the pet. Its very silly to have a personal attack on someone who do nothing on you, just because you wish to side your pet! That's why i said, do not simply make assumptions. You killed yourself. Leaders make people lose trust and confidence in them, therefore lose out in the battle! Am i right readers?

Why do we fear when we do nothing wrong.

So please please please do not pinpoint on others when leader can't even control the pet's activities.

Again, i want shout out to everyone...this is just one piece of image out of hundreds i have. Readers you will agree with what we are doing for self protection. Aren't you?

Followers will stop if leader stop personal attack on them. Cheers!
